If you are a tenant-owner or a tenant-occupier, you will normally need authorisation from the housing association or landlord. As a property owner, no further authorisation is normally required.
All bookings are covered by insurance, and any damage is handled quickly by our team in consultation with you. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.
