Do you own a small apartment building, several apartments in the same property, or a group of residences that you want to rent out to companies? Stayflow collaborates with property owners looking for a professional counterpart and a more long-term arrangement for corporate housing.
We are particularly interested in smaller apartment buildings, often around 4–10 apartments, but each property is assessed individually. The residences can be furnished or unfurnished, and the arrangement is adapted to the property, location, and desired rental period.
What does a property collaboration with Stayflow entail?
Stayflow helps companies arrange accommodation for employees working temporarily in another location. This could involve project teams, consultants, technicians, healthcare personnel, or other professional groups who need a functional home for a limited or longer period.
In a property collaboration, Stayflow rents the residences directly from the property owner according to a joint agreement. This provides the property owner with a clear point of contact and a consolidated arrangement, while Stayflow manages communication with corporate clients and coordinates their accommodation according to the agreement.
All collaborations are individually reviewed. Rental period, responsibilities, price, furnishing, and other terms are always determined in writing before a collaboration begins.
Which properties is Stayflow looking for?
We primarily look at properties where several residences can be included in the same collaboration, for example:
entire small apartment buildings
several apartments in the same building or area
groups of townhouses, villas, or other residences
furnished or unfurnished residences
residences with good commuting possibilities to workplaces and project areas
Parking, proximity to public transport, possibility for longer rental periods, and a practical location are often valuable. The most important thing, however, is that the residences function well for people who need to live and work in the location for a period.
How a collaboration works
Initial contact. You send basic information about the property, its location, and how many residences might be available.
Assessment and viewing. We review the standard, layout, location, capacity, and possible rental period of the residences.
Proposal for arrangement. We develop an arrangement for which residences will be included, rental level, furnishing, responsibilities, and other terms.
Written agreement. Once both parties agree, the terms are clearly documented before the rental begins.
Ongoing coordination. Stayflow handles corporate clients' bookings and accommodation queries in accordance with the agreed-upon arrangement.
Furnished or unfurnished?
Both options can be interesting. If the residences are already furnished, we review the standard, equipment, and what is included. If they are unfurnished, Stayflow can, by agreement, plan and carry out the furnishing.
In such an arrangement, it must be clear who covers the cost, who owns the furniture, and what applies when the rental period ends. These types of questions are regulated in the agreement so that both parties know what applies.
Who lives in the residences?
Stayflow's corporate housing is used by businesses that need temporary accommodation for their employees. This could be companies in construction and industry, consulting, healthcare, energy, installation, film and TV, or other project-intensive sectors.
The need varies from individual employees to larger teams and from a few weeks to longer project periods. Therefore, residences with multiple bedrooms or multiple units close to each other are often particularly useful.
Areas of particular interest
We evaluate properties in several locations and always consider the current corporate need. Currently, we are particularly interested in opportunities in and around:
Stockholm, Solna, and Sundbyberg
Gothenburg, Mölndal, and Partille
Malmö, Hyllie, and Limhamn
Örebro, Kumla, Hallsberg, and Karlskoga
Västerås
Ludvika, Smedjebacken, and other parts of Dalarna
Jönköping
If you have a property in another location, you are still welcome to contact us. We assess each opportunity based on location, standard, terms, and demand.
Advantages for the property owner
A collaboration with Stayflow can provide a simpler way of working compared to managing multiple separate corporate contacts. The goal is to create:
a clear and professional counterpart
a consolidated agreement and clear contact channels
better opportunities for long-term planning
coordination of corporate clients' accommodation needs
a flexible arrangement that suits the property
Exactly what is included depends on the agreement reached by the parties. We do not promise occupancy or a specific arrangement until the property has been assessed and the terms are established.
What we need to know
To make an initial assessment, please send:
address and location
type of property and number of residences
size, number of rooms, and potential accommodation capacity
whether the residences are furnished or unfurnished
from what date they can be available
desired rental period and important terms
pictures or a link to more information, if available
Do you have a property to rent out?
Please tell us about the property and what kind of collaboration you are looking for. An initial dialogue is non-committal and helps us determine if the residences suit a current or future corporate need.
