How it works
Stayflow rents directly from the property owner and then provides the homes as furnished corporate accommodation.
Furnishing
Homes may already be furnished or be furnished by Stayflow by individual agreement.
Terms
Rental period, responsibilities, furnishing, use and maintenance are agreed individually for each property.

What we are looking for

We assess the location, scale, condition, possible rental period and suitability for our corporate clients. Each property is considered individually before we decide whether to proceed with a partnership.

  • An entire residential property

  • A whole residential building

  • Several apartments in the same property

  • Several houses or townhouses in one area

How the partnership works

In this arrangement, Stayflow rents directly from you as the property owner. This is separate from matching a single home with a customer, with terms tailored to the property and the partnership. This arrangement is sometimes called block leasing.

  1. Agreement

You and Stayflow agree on the homes included, the rental period, responsibilities, furnishing and other terms.

  2. Furnishing and preparation

If the homes are unfurnished, Stayflow can furnish and equip them. The scope, investment and responsibilities are set out in the agreement with you.

  3. Housing for companies and organisations

Stayflow then rents the furnished homes to its corporate and organisational clients and handles ongoing coordination as agreed.

Who stays in the homes?

Our clients include construction and industrial companies with project teams, as well as organisations seeking accommodation for consultants, healthcare staff and doctors.

They may also be sports clubs and teams, film and TV productions, the public sector or other organisations with temporary or longer-term accommodation needs.

What we assess

Location

Proximity to workplaces, project sites and public transport matters most, since our residents usually work nearby.

Scale

The number of homes, how they are distributed and whether they can be rented together. Several homes in one property or area are easier to coordinate.

Condition and layout

Condition, bedrooms per home and whether several people can share each apartment comfortably.

Timing and terms

When the homes could become available, the possible rental period and your conditions for use and maintenance.

Furnished or unfurnished

Already furnished

Together, we review the condition and equipment and consider any additions that may be needed before the homes are rented out.

Unfurnished

Stayflow can furnish and equip the homes by agreement. Costs, investment, furniture ownership, responsibilities and reinstatement are set out in the contract.

Our priority areas

These are the areas we prioritise when looking for new partnerships. We are also open to other locations, property types and proposals for collaboration.

Stockholm

Central and well-connected locations, including Gamla stan, Norrmalm, Vasastan, Kungsholmen and Södermalm, as well as Solna and Sundbyberg.

Frequently asked questions

How long does Stayflow want to rent?

It depends on the property and the arrangement. The rental period is agreed individually, and we do not promise a specific duration before assessing the property with you.

Do the homes need to be furnished?

No. Homes may already be furnished or be furnished by Stayflow. Furnishing, investment, furniture ownership and reinstatement are set out in the agreement.

Who stays in the homes?

Staff of Stayflow's corporate and organisational clients, such as construction and industrial project teams, consultants, healthcare staff, sports clubs, the public sector and film productions.

Who is responsible for maintenance?

That is agreed individually. We go through who handles what – for example routine upkeep, repairs and contact with residents – before any agreement is signed.

Can you guarantee occupancy or returns?

No. Stayflow gives no guarantees of occupancy, rental period or returns. The agreement sets out what applies between you and Stayflow.

Do you only look in the priority areas?

No. The priority areas are where we currently see the most demand, but we also consider other locations, property types and arrangements.

How is this different from listing a home as a host?

As a host you list one or a few homes and approve each request. In a property partnership Stayflow rents the homes directly from you under an agreement.
