Case studies · Solar energy
Housing for around 100 people across two solar park projects
Stayflow coordinated all accommodation for a German solar-energy company during two parallel projects in Sweden.
- Project period
- June 2025–October 2026
- Worksites
- Götene and Vingåker
- Scale
- Around 50 people initially, more than 100 at peak
- Accommodation
- Hotel, furnished houses and apartments
The challenge
Two solar park projects were running in parallel in Götene and Vingåker. The assignment began with around 50 people in total and grew to more than 100 at its peak.
Headcount and dates changed during the period. The accommodation therefore had to work close to both sites and scale without requiring the client to coordinate several suppliers.
The solution
Stayflow acted as the sole accommodation partner and took responsibility for the complete setup. Properties were selected to keep travel to each worksite to no more than around 30 minutes.
The housing setup
For the Götene project, Stayflow rented an entire hotel in Skara and one apartment, accommodating around 50 people in total.
For the Vingåker project, the solution combined furnished houses and apartments in the project area for around 50 people.
How Stayflow worked
- Sourcing and comparing accommodation options
- Negotiation, booking and agreements
- Furnishing where required
- Move-ins, extensions and relocations
- Ongoing scaling as staffing changed
The result
The client had one contact and one coordinated housing setup that could scale from around 50 to more than 100 people during the project period.
