How to send a clear housing request
A good housing request describes where, when and how many people need housing. Ideally add the preferred housing type, room setup and parking. Not everything needs to be decided – share what you know and the rest can be clarified later.
Checklist
- Town or worksite address
- Move-in and move-out dates, or an approximate period
- Number of people
- Preferred housing type – hotel, apartment, house or no preference
- Single or shared rooms
- Parking and number of vehicles
- Budget or pricing model, if known
- Billing details
- Special needs, such as accessibility
- Your contact person
Not everything needs to be decided
It is common for dates or headcount not to be fully confirmed when the request is sent. Share what you know and note what may change. Getting in touch early is better than waiting until everything is fixed.
What happens next?
Based on your request, Stayflow finds suitable housing and sends a quote. You choose the housing, and then the agreement, booking and move-in information are arranged.
